The TownLake YMCA Mixed-Use Redevelopment, a 750-unit project, is proposed for 1100 W. Cesar Chavez Street, Austin. Developed by MP-Austin, affiliated with Millennium Partners, it includes residential, commercial, and community spaces.

The 425-foot building features a Tomorrow Academy preschool, youth programs, a child play area, mental health services, a performing arts theater, a rooftop garden, art studios, coworking spaces, a pool/natatorium, meeting spaces, and restaurant space. It aims for a 3-star rating from the City of Austin Green Building Program and includes 90 affordable units.

Construction timeline and completion date remain undisclosed. The project enhances community facilities and expands residential options.
