TownLake YMCA Mixed-Use Redevelopment, a 750-unit project, is proposed for 1100 West Cesar Chavez Street, Austin. Covering 110,000 sq ft, it will rise 425 feet. Developed by MP-Austin, an affiliate of Millennium Partners, with Greater Austin YMCA.

Amenities include Tomorrow Academy preschool, mental health services, a theater, rooftop garden, art studios, coworking, meeting spaces, a natatorium, and a play area. It aims for a City of Austin Green Building Program 3-star rating and includes 90 affordable units.

Completion is slated for January 1, 2026. The location offers easy downtown access, marking a significant development in the area.
