The West Gate Expansion Project at 3600 Presidential Blvd., Austin, TX 78719, is underway in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport area. This 84,500 sq ft mixed-use project, developed by the City of Austin and designed by Page Southerland Page, aims to enhance terminal amenities.

Features include seating areas, dining, concessions, restrooms, a playscape, meditation and quiet room, family and nursing rooms, and a pet relief room. A third-level mezzanine offers a public outdoor balcony, an indoor viewing area over the concourse, and a patio with city skyline views. Completion is set for December 31, 2026.
