Workbench, a mixed-use development at 2422 E. 7th Street, East Austin, spans 48,000 square feet over four floors. Lindgren Development leads the project with design by Dick Clark + Associates.

Features include outdoor patios and decks on each floor, a custom-corrugated metal facade, and window overhangs for sun protection. The third floor offers a raised access flooring system, while the fourth floor has a private patio. An underground parking level includes electric vehicle charging stations. Completion is slated for February 28, 2026.
