Landmark, a 190-unit mixed use development, is proposed for 20000 NW 47 Avenue in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, near Miami Gardens, FL. Encompassing 3,902,589 square feet, the project is by Landmark QOZB Construction, LLC, managed by Juan Carlos Mas of MAS AJP, with Modis Architects.

Amenities include a 36,550-square-foot community center, athletic fields, and outdoor recreational spaces. The project features a 14.72-acre linear park and 9.16 acres for sports facilities. All 190 units are designated as affordable housing.
