Developed by Tulip Developments Group LLC with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, it will rise 524 feet with 47 floors and 620 parking spaces.

Features include amenity areas on the 9th and 45th floors, ground-floor retail, and a restaurant on the 45th floor. The pedestrian-oriented ground floor aims to enhance community engagement.
