Gallery at SoMi Parc, a 350-unit mixed use development, is under construction at 5949 SW 68th Street, South Miami. Developed by Related Urban Development Group and designed by Modis Architects, the 15-floor project includes 480 parking spaces.

Amenities feature a fitness center, co-working lounge, and courtyard. Completion is slated for September 30, 2028.

All units are designated as affordable housing, enhancing the community with residential and commercial spaces.
