Atlantic Square, a 616-unit mixed-use building, is complete at 777 NW 2nd Ave, Overtown, Miami. Spanning 600,000 sq ft across 36 floors, it was designed by Corwil Architects and developed by Atlantic Pacific Companies.

The 391 ft building includes 625 parking spaces. Amenities: sunset lap pool, beach-entry pool, fitness center, coworking spaces, club lounge, dog park, landscaped courtyard, outdoor recreation space, and public art. 360 units are affordable housing.

The project will be fully operational by end of 2025.
