A 70-unit, 20-floor residential tower is proposed for South Bayshore Drive, Miami, on the 72-acre Mercy Hospital/Immaculata-La Salle site. The Archdiocese of Miami and HCA Florida lead the project, with Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International as the architect.

Amenities include a restaurant, library, children's area, private event room, pool deck with bar lounge, fitness center, yoga rooms, and spa facilities such as a cold plunge, hydromassage pool, infrared sauna, and Roman-inspired sauna circuit. Services feature housekeeping, butler services, in-residence dining, and valet.

Completion is slated for June 2028. No affordable housing units are planned.
