Chicago-Based Developer Files Plans For 39-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 128 SW 7th Street In Brickell, Miami - Florida YIMBY — Image via Florida YIMBY

Brickell Starlite, a 517-unit residential tower, is under construction at 128 Southwest 7th Street in Miami's Brickell district. Designed by Gensler and developed by Focus Development Inc, the 39-floor project spans 800,000 square feet.

Rising to 423 feet, it includes 487 parking spaces. Amenities feature a pool, fitness center, co-working space, rooftop facilities, a dog run, dog spa, and lounges. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.

Located in vibrant Brickell, known for its urban atmosphere, the development offers only market-rate residences, excluding affordable housing units.
