Caribbean Isles Affordable Senior Housing (Phase II), a 142-unit project, is under construction at 19755 SW 110th Court in South Miami Heights. Led by Pinnacle Housing and South Miami Heights Community Development Corp, the eight-story building is designed by Behar Font & Partners.
Features include 256 parking spaces, a fitness center, club room, computer lab, and outdoor covered areas. All 142 units are affordable housing. Completion is slated for August 31, 2027.
