Citadelle Village, a 96-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 181 NE 82nd St in Miami's Little Haiti. Developed by the Haitian American Community Development Corporation with the City of Miami and non-profits, it will rise 10 floors. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028, with all units designated as affordable housing. Amenities include a clubroom, teenage rec room, and computer lounge.
