Coconut Grove Playhouse Phase 2 Redevelopment at 3500 Main Highway, Miami, has been approved. Led by Miami-Dade County with Arquitectonica International, Inc., the project includes 289 parking spaces and aims for completion by 2027. Features include a restored historic façade, open-air plaza, pedestrian promenades, lush landscaping, a pocket park, and dining options.

Coconut Grove's vibrant community will benefit from enhanced urban integration with pedestrian-friendly areas.
