Delano Residences & Hotel, a 421-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for 400 Biscayne Blvd in downtown Miami. The 90-floor, 666,432 sq ft project by Blutrich Holdings Inc. features architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.

Standing at 985 feet, it offers 157 parking spaces. Amenities include a public observation deck at 850 feet, a sky pool at 800 feet, two restaurants, and a private club. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.

Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, smart home tech, and are part of the Delano Collection, with fully furnished units. Additional amenities include a wellness center, fitness center, and deeded office suites for select units.
