Delano Residences Proposed on Biscayne Blvd

Delano Residences Miami, a 421-unit mixed-use development, proposed for 400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Spanning 1,725,324 square feet, it will include 90 floors. Property Markets Group develops, with Sieger Suarez Architects designing.

The 985-foot tower will offer residential units and 205 hotel rooms. Amenities include an 850-foot-high observation deck with a glass floor, a sky pool at 800 feet, and a resort-style pool deck. Dining options feature the Delano Rose Bar, a sky restaurant, and Café Delano. Completion is slated for December 31, 2031.

Residents access The Source by Delano wellness center with spa, treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Additional amenities include the Delano Members' Club, meeting rooms, 24-hour reception and security, pet services, and private office suites in select residences.
