E11EVEN Club Residences Beyond, a 461-unit tower, is underway at 60 NE 11th St, Downtown Miami. Developed by Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners, the 65-floor building is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.

The skyscraper will reach 700 feet, completing by late 2026. Amenities include a rooftop helipad (pending approval) and the E11EVEN Beyond Members Social Club on Level 64. A resort-style pool and fitness center are on Level 14.

Additional features: E11EVEN Beach Club, a signature restaurant, and executive office suites on Level 12. Residences are fully furnished with floor-to-ceiling windows, skyline, bay, and ocean views, plus smart home tech.
