Landmark, a 190-unit mixed-use building, proposed for 20000 NW 47 Avenue, Unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. Spanning 3,902,589 sq ft, it is developed by Landmark QOZB Construction, LLC, managed by Juan Carlos Mas, with architecture by Modis Architects.

Features include a 36,550-36,600 sq ft indoor community center, athletic fields, and a 14.7-acre linear park with pedestrian walkways, jogging paths, and recreational facilities. Ground-floor retail spaces will offer shops and restaurants.
