Landmark, a 190-unit mixed-use building, proposed for 20000 NW 47 Avenue in Unincorporated Miami-Dade County. Managed by Landmark QOZB Construction, LLC, with architecture by Modis Architects.

Amenities include a 36,550-36,600 sq ft indoor community center, athletic fields, and a 14.7-acre linear park with paths, tree canopy, lighting, and seating. Community facilities and landscaped walkways are also planned.

All units are designated as affordable housing, integrating residential, recreational, and community spaces to meet local needs.
