Live Local Tower, a 498-unit mixed-use development, approved for 1210 NW 2nd Avenue in Overtown, Miami. The 55-floor project spans 495,000 sq ft, developed by David Om LLC and Davchi Development LLC, with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design.

The tower will reach 575 feet and include 154 parking spaces. Amenities: two swimming pools, splash pad, cabanas, sun decks, bar and lounge areas, landscaped terraces, outdoor seating, coworking lounge, entertainment room, exterior terraces, and rooftop lounge and bar. It includes 200 affordable housing units.
