Meridian Brickell, a 400-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction in Miami's Brickell district by Coral Development Group, designed by Herzog & de Meuron. The 65-floor project includes a two-level spa by Aman Resorts, a 25,000 sqft wellness center, wine vault, private cinema, and balconies on 80% of units. Completion is slated for December 2028.
