Meridian Brickell Rises in Miami

Meridian Brickell, a 400-unit residential tower, is under construction in Brickell, Miami. Designed by MC+G Architecture and developed by Coral Development Group, it will rise 65 floors as part of a mixed-use project.

Amenities include a two-level spa by Aman Resorts, a 25,000 sq ft wellness center, wine vault, private cinema, and private balconies on 80% of units. Select penthouses offer infinity pools and rooftop gardens. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.
