Midtown Park, a 924-unit mixed-use development, approved for 3055 N Miami Avenue in Midtown, Miami. The project spans 1.2 million square feet and rises 28 floors. Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality lead the project, with architecture by Arquitectonica.

The development includes 1,118 parking spaces, targeting completion by 2028. Amenities feature an eight-court ULTRA Padel club, pool deck with restaurant and bar, private pickleball court, fitness center, yoga and meditation garden, spa pool, co-working spaces, kids club, communal vegetable garden, tropical pool deck, public plazas, and pedestrian-oriented streetscapes.
