Midtown Park Residences, a 924-unit mixed-use development, approved for 3055 North Miami Avenue and 2901 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown Miami. The 40-floor project by Aria Development Group, designed by Arquitectonica, features a heated 60-foot pool, spa, fitness center, Pilates studio, yoga garden, pickleball court, and communal vegetable garden. Additional amenities include a tropical pool deck, restaurant and bar, and lobby art gallery. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.

Residents will enjoy a children's playroom, kids club, and virtual golf simulator. Conference and coworking spaces cater to remote work needs, while an events lounge supports community gatherings.
