Okan Tower, a 399-unit mixed-use development, is underway at 555 N. Miami Avenue, Miami. The 70-floor, 1,225,000 sq ft project by Okan Group, designed by Behar Font & Partners, P.A., includes residential and hotel units.

Rising to 902 feet, it will house 316 hotel rooms and 429 parking spaces. Amenities: a 70th-floor rooftop pool, wellness spa with Turkish hammam, fitness center with Peloton bikes, and yoga studio. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.

Additional features: children's playroom, theater, wine cellar, cigar room, rooftop lounge, private cabanas, and conference facilities.
