Okan Tower, a 599-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 555 North Miami Avenue, Miami. Developed by Okan Group, the 72-floor project spans 914,124 square feet, designed by Behar Font & Partners.

The tower will rise 903 feet with 429 parking spaces, featuring 316 hotel rooms. Amenities include a rooftop pool, outdoor lounge, spa, fitness center, cinema room, and 24-hour concierge. Additional features are in-unit dining, a wine cellar, and multiple pools on various floors. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.
