Okan Tower, a 399-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 555 N. Miami Avenue, Miami. Designed by Behar Font & Partners and developed by the Okan Group, it features 70 floors and 316 hotel rooms.

The tower will reach 902 feet and include 429 parking spaces. Amenities include a rooftop pool, lap pool, fitness center with Peloton bikes, and a Turkish hammam spa. Additional features are a wine cellar, cinema room, and children's playroom. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.

C-PACE financing supports energy efficiency and sustainability. Dining venues, event spaces, outdoor lounges with cabanas, valet parking, and a 24-hour concierge are also planned.
