Developed by MV Real Estate Holdings, Driftwood Capital, and Merrimac Ventures, the project involves CUBE 3 Architects for design and Gensler Architects for construction documents.
Features include a rooftop pool and day club, a 30,000 sq ft nightclub, and 16,000 sq ft of restaurant space. Additional elements are a 12,000 sq ft event hall, an expanded riverwalk, and a deep-water yacht marina.
