Features include a 10,000-seat stadium, sports academies for soccer, tennis, and basketball, a boarding school for 600 student-athletes, and a sports medicine center. Completion is set for 2028.

Amenities include a five-star sports-themed hotel, a public park with pickleball and tennis courts, and a children's park, serving athletes and the community.
