The Cove Residences, a 134-unit project, is under construction at 456 NE 29th Street in Miami's Edgewater. Developed by Hazelton Capital Group and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture, the building will rise 40 stories.
Completion is set for December 31, 2028. Amenities include a waterfront infinity pool with cabanas, fitness center, rooftop lounge, spa, theater, and co-working spaces. Residents will also enjoy a waterside restaurant and dock.
