HueHub, a 4032-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 8395 NW 27th Avenue, West Little River, Miami. It spans 35 floors and 509,447 sq ft. Developed by Pablo Castro and Laura Tauber, with Arquitectonica as the architect.

The 350 ft building includes a two-acre public park, fitness center, swimming pool, co-working spaces, podcast studio, café, juice bar, child care, medical facilities, and 24/7 security. Completion is set for June 30, 2028.

HueHub offers 1613 affordable housing units, addressing local housing needs.
