319 Peabody Street Hotel & Condo, a mixed-use project by DAC Developments, is approved for 319 Peabody St. & 504 4th Ave. South, Nashville. It includes 104 residential units and 405 hotel rooms across 53 floors, totaling 867,662 sq ft, designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners.

The 636-foot tower features 400 parking spaces, a pool deck, rooftop bar, meeting spaces, a public plaza, and street-level retail. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
