Alcove, a 356-unit residential tower, is complete at 900 Church Street, Nashville. The 34-floor, 377,000 sq ft building, developed by Giarratana, LLC and designed by Goettsch Partners, adds significant residential space to the city.
Standing 416 feet tall, Alcove offers amenities such as a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen, fitness and business centers, and a rooftop game room. It features two pools, including a clear-bottom acrylic pool overhanging the 27th-floor terrace, plus outdoor decks and communal alcoves.
The project, completed by August 31, 2023, enhances Nashville's urban landscape with its modern design and extensive amenities.
