Belle Meade Village, a 388-unit mixed-use development, approved for 4525 Harding Pike in Nashville's Belle Meade. The 780,000 sq ft project by AJ Capital Partners involves Meyer Davis Studio, Hartshorne Plunkard, and Hastings Architecture.

It includes 78 hotel rooms and 920 parking spaces, with completion by December 31, 2028. Amenities: pool with cabanas, library, piano room, screening and listening rooms, golf simulator, whiskey room, Mahjong room, gym, pilates studio, sauna, and spa.

Outdoor features: 5-acre private park, town square, antique carousel, and greenways to Richland Creek. 60% of the land is for public walkways and open space, boosting community connectivity.
