Amenities include a pool with cabanas, library, fitness center, pilates studio, sauna, spa, cold plunge, salon, treatment rooms, golf simulator, screening room, listening room, and whiskey/cigar rooms. Residents access majiang and poker rooms, 24-hour valet and doorman, a private park, and a town square with an antique carousel.
Completion is slated for December 31, 2028, adding a significant asset to the local real estate landscape.
