Bridgestone Arena's Next Stage Underway on Broadway

Bridgestone Arena's Next Stage, a 175,000 sq ft mixed-use renovation, is underway at 501 Broadway, led by Nashville Predators ownership and designed by Populous.

The project includes expanded concourses, wider circulation, and new escalators at the Demonbreun Street entrance. Key upgrades involve replacing the main staircase, concourse enhancements, and new concessions. Completion is set for September 2030.

Additional features include an expanded ticket box at the Nissan SoBro Entrance, a rooftop bar on the 300-level deck, and upgraded mechanical and ice plant systems. New security technology, restaurant and retail spaces, open-air facades, and large digital screens are also part of the renovation.
