Bridgestone Tower, a 30-story office building, is completed at 200 4th Avenue South, Nashville. The 514,000 sq ft development by Highwoods Properties was designed by Perkins & Will.

Standing 460 feet tall, the tower is mixed-use with a cafeteria, fitness center, coffee/juice bar, and collaborative spaces, all in natural light. It achieved LEED Gold certification for sustainability.

Construction finished on December 31, 2017, enhancing the Nashville skyline with modern amenities for office needs.
