Eastpoint, a 1550-unit mixed-use development, approved for East Bank, Nashville. Spanning 4,000,000 sq ft, it's developed by The Fallon Company with master planning by Kohn Pedersen Fox and architecture for East Bank Flats by Humphreys.
Amenities include the Music City Mile, a pedestrian thoroughfare with retail, public plazas, greens, promenades, a waterfront riverwalk, pedestrian- and bike-friendly paths, family gathering spots, and cultural venues. Completion is set for December 31, 2028, with 695 affordable housing units.
Aiming for LEED Gold certification for its stadium, the project emphasizes sustainability and community connectivity.
