Martin & Merritt Mixed-Use, featuring 175 units, is approved for 513 & 525 Merritt Ave; 1300 & 1312 Martin St; and 548 Hamilton Ave in Nashville. Led by Elevate North Nashville CDC and The House of God Church, it includes mixed-use facilities by Pfeffer Torode Architecture.

Features include 150 hotel rooms, 241 parking spaces, a rooftop pool, bar, public open space, dog park, amenity deck, pocket park, and art plaza. It also offers 25 affordable housing units.

The location is strategically planned to enhance community infrastructure with diverse amenities.
