Neuhoff District, a 542-unit mixed-use development, is underway at 1312 Adams Street, Nashville. Spanning 914,000 square feet, it includes residential and commercial spaces. Developed by New City Properties with S9 Architecture and Smith Gee Studio, LLC, it aims to enhance the urban landscape.

Features include a rooftop pool, 6,800 SF fitness center, conference and club lounges, vehicle and bicycle valet, and 2,100 parking spaces. Completion is slated for 2025. Public green space, a riverfront amphitheater, and ground-level retail and restaurants will promote community engagement.
