New Horizon CONRAC & Parking Garage D is under construction at Nashville International Airport. Designed by Demattei Wong Architecture, it spans 1,100,000 sq ft over six floors.

The project includes a 3,000-space parking garage. Features include an outdoor terrace with airfield and downtown views, moving walkways, mezzanine airline lounges with indoor and outdoor terraces, concessions, retail spaces, a service animal relief area, a mother's room, and a live music stage on the departures level terrace.

Developed by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), completion is slated for 2029.
