Nissan Stadium, a 1.8 million sq ft mixed-use project, is under construction at 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN, by the Tennessee Titans. Designed by Manica Architecture with TVS as the architect of record, it will stand 235 feet tall and complete by February 28, 2027.
Features include an ETFE translucent roof, 77,000 sq ft of LED video boards, and 44 escalators. The stadium will have expanded concourses, nearly double the current bathrooms, and seats 38% closer for improved sightlines.
Amenities include a premium club, 360-degree outdoor porches, and a 12,000 sq ft community space, enhancing fan experience and accessibility.
