Nissan Stadium Rising at Titans Way

Nissan Stadium, a mixed-use development, is under construction at 1 Titans Way, Nashville. Developed by the Tennessee Titans and Metro Sports Authority, it spans 2,100,000 sq ft. Manica Architecture leads design with TVS as architect of record.

The structure will reach 235 feet, featuring an artificial turf field, translucent ETFE roof, and 77,000 sq ft of LED video boards. Amenities include expanded concourses, nearly double the bathrooms, 130 suites, and a 12,000 sq ft community space. Completion is set for February 28, 2027.

The stadium includes all-inclusive clubs, panoramic views, and over 15 event spaces for meetings and concerts, aiming for LEED Gold certification. Located at 1 Titans Way, it enhances accessibility and integration within Nashville's East Bank.
