Nissan Stadium, a 2.1 million sq ft project, is under construction on the East Bank of the Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville. Developed by the Tennessee Titans and Metro Sports Authority with Manica Architecture, the stadium will reach 235 feet.

Features include a 12,000 sq ft community space, expanded concourses, premium clubs, 130 suites, and improved sightlines averaging 38% closer to the field. Notable elements are two giant video boards and an ETFE translucent roof. Completion is expected by February 2027.

The stadium targets LEED Gold certification and includes 700 affordable housing units, addressing local housing needs.
