NOVEL Richland Creek, a 277-unit mixed-use development, approved for 92 White Bridge Pike in Nashville. Crescent Communities leads the project with KTGY as architect.
The seven-story building includes a rooftop pool, wellness suite, library with coworking spaces, and 400 parking spaces. It will extend the Richland Creek Greenway trailhead. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
Amenities feature a courtyard, maker space, music room, fitness studio, and a lobby café with wine bar, patio, and private dining terrace. The development integrates with the community through shared spaces.
