Paramount Tower: 500 Units Rising in Nashville

Paramount, a 500-unit mixed-use building at 1010 Church Street, Nashville, is under construction by Giarratana Development, LLC with design by Goettsch Partners. The 60-floor, 700,000 sq ft structure will reach 750 ft and include 517 parking spaces. Amenities: fitness center, yoga room, lounges, game room, co-working space, outdoor pool deck, level 40 condo lounge and bar, dog spa, bike room, private dining rooms, demonstration kitchen, and fireplace room. Completion is set for May 11, 2028. Paramount aims for LEED Gold certification, emphasizing sustainability.
