RiverGate Redevelopment, an 880-unit mixed-use project at 1000 RiverGate Parkway in Goodlettsville/Madison, is under construction by Merus, Inc. It will transform the area with retail, dining, entertainment, medical, and office spaces, alongside new streets and pedestrian infrastructure. Features include public green space and a central plaza for community events. Completion is set for December 31, 2032. No affordable housing units are planned.
