East Bend, a 7000-unit mixed-use development, is approved for 710 South 1st Street, Nashville, on the former PSC Metals site. TEB LLC, organized by ARRT Global’s SRE Fund I, partners with The Fallon Company as master developer.

Amenities include riverfront parks, greenways, childcare, retail, public plazas, and a pedestrian-only central zone. The housing plan incorporates 695 affordable units.

Architectural design involves Gensler, Hodgson Douglas, OJB Landscape Architecture, Pape·Dawson Civil Engineering, HKS, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, Gresham Smith, Morris Adjmi Architects, and Field Operations.
