East Bend, a 7000-unit mixed-use project, is approved for the PSC Metals site near Nissan Stadium, Nashville. Located in the East Bank neighborhood, it will be developed by the East Bank Development Authority. Gensler leads architecture, with HDLA and OJB Landscape Architecture handling landscaping.

Amenities include parks, greenways, riverfront access, bioretention flood measures, open plazas, and public spaces. A cultural anchor, possibly the Music City Children's Museum, is under consideration.

Design integrates natural spaces with urban living, aiming to create a vibrant community hub on Nashville's East Bank.
