The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences, with 84 units and 261 hotel rooms, is under construction at 1101 Grundy Street. Rising 28 floors, the project offers 3000 sq ft, developed by Tidal Real Estate Partners and designed by ESa.

Amenities include a 50-foot heated saltwater pool, gym, rooftop bar, wraparound deck with bar and restaurant service, ballroom, conference rooms, and spa. It provides 126 parking spaces, aiming for completion by 2028.
