Developed by Tennessee Titans and Metro Sports Authority, with architecture by ESa and interiors by INC Architecture & Design.
Key features: 380-foot height, 126 parking spaces, double-height restaurant and bar, lobby lounge, 50-foot heated saltwater pool with cabanas, rooftop bar, gym, sports simulator, outdoor terraces, private dining room, conference rooms, and spa. Completion is targeted for December 2028, aiming for LEED Silver certification.
This project will significantly enhance the area, offering both residential and hotel accommodations in a vibrant Nashville neighborhood.
